How is it priced?
The core features are free. Consumables such as e-signatures, identity checks, SMS and image storage are charged by actual use. AI packages are optional — they make day-to-day management easier for your property managers and give owners a clear view of how their apartments are doing.
Does rent pass through Domus? Do you charge a fee?
No and no. Connect any online payment provider and collect with your own merchant account — rent lands straight in your account. Domus never holds funds and takes no fees; it only receives the payment confirmation to match bills and issue receipts. Your provider's own fees are as agreed between you and them.
How are sensitive actions like deposit refunds controlled?
With alerts and approvals. Refunding deposits, waivers, terminations and fee changes notify the right people at once and follow your own approval rules — by amount, property or role, one level or several — before they run, with a full record. AI is held to the same rules and can only propose.
Does connecting smart devices cost extra?
Domus connects any smart device for free. Some device makers' platforms charge for API access, so check with the maker before you buy.
