What we collect
What you give us in the demo form or the chat — name, company, email, phone or messaging account, country or region, portfolio size and your message — plus the page language and the link that brought you here. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if you agree, send you Domus product updates.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Your information is stored on our servers in Singapore. Chat messages are relayed to the Feishu (Lark) group our support team uses, so we can reply quickly. We do not sell your information or share it with other third parties, except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
24 months from our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: one to remember your language, and one so the chat recognises the same visitor.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
